High cholesterol

When i went to see an eye doctor recently he told me - by looking in my eyes - i might have high cholestrol and to get a blood test, so i have had a blood test and to my surprise i have got a high cholestral count, so now i have got to make sure i eat the right things, it is not as if i have a bad diet at present. So we will see what happens when i go back for another test in 3 months time.
